Description

We are looking for a Client Success Executive to come and join our Technology Solutions team based in our Brighton offices.

The main goal of this role is to develop lasting relationships with clients that use our technology and to be the point of contact for their use of these products and services.

In particular, it is to provide training, support and account management to the users of Akero software to ensure effective use of the platform and satisfied clients.

This position will be the first point of contact for internal and external users and will be the conduit between clients, the delivery services and technology teams. You will contribute to the growth and development of Akero by identifying opportunities for additional services amongst existing Akero users.
