Quantitative Researcher - maternity cover
We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher to come and join the Research team at Natives in our Brighton offices.
This is a maternity cover role on a 1 year contract with the successful candidate starting in September.
A Researcher at Natives is responsible for running high-quality research. This will predominantly involve quantitative methods such as conducting surveys, analysing data sets and pulling out key insights.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience working in a research role in either the higher education sector or an agency environment. Client communication will be a key part of this role so the ideal candidate should be sufficiently confident in dealing with clients on a daily basis.
The Researcher is required to be able to pull out key findings from the research outputs and report this back to the client with actionable recommendations.
You will be working closely with the Director of Research, who will support you across all projects as well as on your progression at Natives.
You will have a curious and inquisitive nature, be eager to learn and grow your skills.

We are looking for someone who...
- has at least 1 year of experience working in a research role
- is a graduate with a 2:1 degree is psychology or a similar subject
- has a strong understanding of research methods
- has experience in writing research reports
- is self-motivated
- has worked with both qualitative and quantitative data
- can lead on multifaceted research projects
- has strong data and visualisation skills
- is inquisitive with data and can pull out interesting trends and data points
- has proven ability in turning data into a story
- is process driven
- can meet deadlines
